Challenge

Educate children about sign language in an enjoyable and interactive manner, while also raising their awareness.

Solution

Through a little adventure with informative parts where they are in search of keys to open the treasure chest.

Exhibition

The application is built for a screen 85 centimeters high and 150 centimeters wide, so that the child's projection matches to the size of the virtual child 1:1. Motion tracking is used to track the children's motions, which are then displayed on the screen.

Lessons

Basic words and phrases are taught during the lessons, delivered playfully by the virtual child, Lea.

Information

Information

While signing and engaging with the deaf, important tips will be displayed as notes during lessons, but these can be skipped to return to the main content. General sign language information is offered through an optional quiz available at any point between lessons.
